Hi friends. I plan to move this journal to Dreamwidth.org as soon as I can after April 30. I'll be mojavedragonfly there, too, until and unless I manage to get the username "Dragonfly." Mojavedragonfly is awkward and the only reason I took it is because dragonfly was already taken at LiveJournal. I'll be sure to leave a post here to say where I've gone.

--It was a relief to Catherine's sensibility to have yet the means to cast Mr. Gordon in the role of villain; her conviction had been shaken by his civility and pleasing countenance.

--The workday after foiling demonic attempts to invade the world always seemed a little on the mundane side to him.

--"She said opium destroys a man's appetites, so she says you can't be seduced."

--Also strange was the fact that someone was licking his hand.

Chapter Two

As they walked home again, Mrs. Morland endeavoured to impress on her daughter's mind the happiness of having such steady well-wishers as Mr. and Mrs. Allen, and the very little consideration which the neglect or unkindness of slight acquaintance like the Tilneys ought to have with her, while she could preserve the good opinion and affection of her earliest friends. There was a great deal of good sense in all this; but there are some situations of the human mind in which good sense has very little power; and Catherine's feelings contradicted almost every position her mother advanced.( in which Henry reaches Fullerton and much is revealed )

I have even volunteered to lead a panel on vampire chick shows, but that may not go through. :-)

Does it seem odd to anyone else that Lifetime is airing ads for their web-based Blood Ties Game? Does anyone play it? What do they get out of that that justifies using ad time on it?

And does anyone actually get Lifetime Real Women, where they are currently showing Blood Ties?
